Suggested Use:

• Take daily, continuously to achieve desired effect (so not just occasionally).
• Consume it as a lukewarm tea (you can also add honey to taste) or juice, or even on its own. If you find it very bitter on its own, it is recommended to take a spoonful of honey afterwards and then drink water to neutralise the bitter taste.
• It is very important to drink the right amount of pure water (normal daily amount, no need to increase it because of ginseng consumption)
• Suggested daily dose: 1 small mocha spoonful (1 gram, measured out with a metal or wooden spoon similar to the one given with the product). If the ginseng extract sticks to the back of the spoon, it is recommended to pour it back into the bottle.
• It is recommended to take it in the morning or mid-morning, not in the evening (unless there is a night schedule).
• It can be taken before, during or after a meal, it does not affect the effect of the product.
• You can experience its beneficial effects on freshness in just a few days. However, at least one month of use is recommended to achieve further effects.
• The product is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding mothers.
