10+1 most common questions you may have about taking ginseng at 6 years old + more EXTRA questions at the end :)

1. How long will it take me to experience the effects?

You can experience the effects in as little as a few days. However, to achieve the desired effect, you need to take it for at least a month according to Korean Kinki practices. Of course, it is not a miracle cure and will not have the same effect on everyone. The key lies in the hard work (6 years) and thousands of years of experience of the Korean people. They believe in quality and quality in this case is unfortunately not cheap.

2. If I stop using it, will the effect wear off immediately?

Of course not, because the effects of do not develop overnight. It's entirely up to the individual how long it takes to wear off once you stop taking it. In Korea, there is a tradition of ginseng consumption that goes back thousands of years, and continuous consumption is the norm. There is no clinical evidence of the need for a break, but a break of 1-2 weeks every 2-3 months is recommended for long-term use.

3. When is it best to consume?

It is best taken in the morning, mid-morning or even early afternoon, but it is not recommended in the evening due to its tonic effect (unless you are planning a night out). Alternatively, if you have an unusual biorhythm, it is recommended to take ginseng after waking up.

4. Can ginseng be overdosed?

Due to the high content of active ingredients in 6-year-old ginseng, it should be handled with care. The prescribed amount should not be exceeded!

5. When is it not recommended (pregnancy, heart disease, etc.)?

The consumption of ginseng preparations is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding mothers! There are some ginseng products that can be consumed by children, but these are listed on the product page (Ginseng for kids: Vita Ginseng Kids, click here!). If you are unsure, you should consult your doctor beforehand and we will of course be happy to help. If you have any questions, click here!

6, How old can I take it?

Children under 18 years of age are not recommended to consume ginseng extracts (for adults) and there is little point, as children's bodies are still optimally functioning perfectly. However, at the end of high school, during the final exams or at university, it is highly recommended. Alternatively, for a highly stressed body (competitive sports, intense mental exertion), half the adult dose is recommended for 14-15 year olds and over. In all cases, it is important to follow a gradual approach, in which case, for example, it is recommended to take only a quarter of the adult dose for 2-3 weeks at first, and then to increase to half the adult dose, while monitoring the body's response.

7. Can I experience any allergic symptoms or side effects?

There are no side effects or allergic symptoms when taken at the recommended dose.

8. If taken in tea or similar, will the effect be reduced?

No, the effect is the same, but it may feel more subtle.

9. How come I haven't heard of black ginseng or enzyme ginseng before?

Not many people have heard of red ginseng either, although it is typically the better known. Black ginseng is the result of more recent research; enzymatic ginseng is the newest technology, currently the cutting edge, mostly known only in South Korea. Our task is to introduce them to Europe.

10. Is it addictive?

No.

11. Is 100% Ginseng extract gluten-free and/or lactose-free?
