Terms of Delivery and Payment

WE DELIVER FAST! Expected delivery time in Hungary is 1-2 working days from order (occasionally, rarely, 3-5 working days during the Christmas season).

In stock products ordered before 13:45 on a working day will be dispatched on the same day (except for pending bank transfers and special cases) and delivered the next working day by GLS courier, within 1-2 working days to Foxpost vending machines.

FREE SHIPPING ON THE WHOLE TERRITORY OF GREECE UP TO 25.000 HUF (excluding shipping)!

Delivery fee in Hungary: 1990 Ft (under 25.000 Ft)

Your parcel will be delivered by GLS couriers to the address you specify, which can be your home or work address. Delivery is made on weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm.

If you enter information about the delivery in the comment field when ordering, it will be forwarded to the Courier Service (e.g. doorbell, porter, agent). The Courier Service is not an employee of our company and is therefore only responsible for the delivery of the parcel and has no right to act in any other way.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the Courier, we are no longer able to change the delivery conditions (e.g. change of payment method, delivery date, other delivery services). The Recipient can change the delivery date and address as described in the e-mail from the Courier.

Tips for a successful home delivery:
- Only request home delivery to your home address if you or a relative can pick it up during the day during working hours.
- If your employer allows it, you may want to request home delivery to your place of work.
- Always include all relevant information in the delivery details that the courier may need for delivery (e.g. staircase, floor/door, doorbell number, your name in addition to your company name, etc.).
- If you are unable to pick up the parcel on the day of delivery for unforeseen reasons, please notify GLS Courier Services before attempting delivery and arrange a new delivery time or address. You can do this as described in the email you receive from GLS, but we cannot help you in this case.
- If the above is not possible, you can use GLS ParcelService or Foxpost.

EASY PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD, CASH ON DELIVERY, BANK TRANSFER OR PAYPAL

If youpay online by credit card (SimplePay by OTP Mobil) , your payment is made through an internationally recognised, convenient and secure payment system with all the necessary authentication, where you can pay for your order using Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro cards, which are suitable for online payment. The payment procedure is the same as that offered by banks for similar services. The system automatically confirms all transactions by e-mail.

Attention! In the case of Maestro and Visa Electron cards, the issuing bank determines the use of the card online. If the issuing bank has authorised it, the Simplepay system can accept it.

In the case of cash on delivery, you can pay the courier who delivers your order either in cash or by credit card (in HUF). The POS terminal accepts MasterCard, Maestro, Visa cards for payment.

If you choose the bank transfer payment method, please transfer the total amount of your order as follows. Once the bank transfer has been credited to our account, the order will be processed.

If you choose Paypal as your payment method, your payment will be made through an internationally recognised, convenient and secure payment system with all the necessary authentication. PayPal has many benefits that make it easier and faster to make a purchase while keeping your financial information safe.
- Email address and password required to pay through PayPal. And your credit card can stay in your wallet.
- You don't need to add money to your PayPal account to pay. All you need to do is assign your credit card to your PayPal account, and you only need to do this once.
- If you already have a PayPal account, you will need to enter the email address and password you provided when you registered to pay.
If you do not have PayPal registration, you can find more information and register with PayPal at www.paypal.com (in Hungarian). Once registered, you can pay the total amount of your purchase using your PayPal account using PayPal's payment system. PayPal does not share your credit card details with us.

In case of personal receipt, cash payment is possible in Jászberény at a pre-arranged time.
