The operator of koreaiginseng.hu - hereinafter referred to as : Webshop - is Koreai Ginseng Kft., Headquarters: 5100 Jászberény, Fáy András utca 30.1., Tax number: 27046861-2-16, hereinafter referred to as: the Data Controller ), as the Data Controller, hereby publishes this Privacy Statement, which describes the principles of data management, which the Data Controller recognizes as binding. The Data Controller will take all measures reasonably necessary to ensure the security of the personal data it processes.
Before using the Webshop, please read this Privacy Statement carefully, which explains in a clear and comprehensible manner how we process personal data.
In the Privacy Statement, the Data Controller will provide clear and detailed information to data subjects about all relevant facts concerning the processing of their data.
By registering on Weshop, using the Webshop, placing an order and subscribing to our newsletter, you as a User expressly consent to the Data Controller processing your personal data within the framework of this Privacy Statement, in accordance with the applicable Hungarian legislation, and using it to the extent, in the manner and for the duration set out in this document.

. § The following definitions shall apply in accordance with the "Interpretative Provisions" set out in Article 3.1 of the GDPR, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 December 2016 on the processing of personal data of natural persons (GDPR):
- personal data:data that can be associated with the data subject, in particular the name, the identification mark and one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of the data subject, and the inference that can be drawn from the data concerning the data subject

4. The responsibility for the personal data provided lies solely with the User.
5. Newsletter
We will only send a newsletter to a natural person as the recipient of our newsletter by electronic mail or other equivalent means of individual communication if the recipient of the newsletter has given his/her prior, clear and express consent and has subscribed to the newsletter.
The Data Controller processes the following data of the User who has voluntarily subscribed to the newsletter on the basis of his/her explicit consent.
Purpose of use: sending marketing e-mails ( newsletter ) by electronic means to Users who have voluntarily subscribed to the newsletter with their express consent; informing Users about updates, offers, promotions for marketing purposes.
Duration of data processing. In this case, the name and all other personal data of the person making the declaration will be deleted and no further newsletters will be sent to him/her.
The possibility to withdraw the declaration is provided both by post and by e-mail, so that the person making the declaration can be clearly identified.

The Data Controller keeps records of the personal data of Users who voluntarily subscribe to the newsletter on the basis of their explicit consent. The data recorded in this register - relating to the recipient of the advertisement - may be processed only in accordance with the consent form, until its revocation, and may be disclosed to third parties only with the prior consent of the person concerned.

6Purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data
Purposes of processing:
The purpose of processing the data is to enable the use of the services provided by the Data Controller by the Users and the performance of the services by the Data Controller, to monitor the sale of products, to identify the User and to enable the User to receive information about his/her order.
The use of the services of the Webshop is subject to registration and the provision of personal data. By using the service and registering on the Webshop, the User expressly consents to the processing of personal data by the Data Controller. The User provides his/her personal data to the Data Controller voluntarily, in the knowledge of this Data Processing Statement.
Legal basis and method of data processing:
The recording and processing of personal data during registration on the Webshop and the use of the service is based on the User's voluntary consent.
This consent is given by the User by placing an order in the Webshop, by registering.
The User, if he/she makes personal data of a third natural person available when using the service, guarantees that he/she has obtained the consent of the data subject for the processing of the personal data made available in accordance with the law.
The User acknowledges that the Data Controller may process the data collected for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation to which he is subject or for the purpose of pursuing a legitimate interest of the Data Controller or of a third party, where such interest is proportionate to the restriction of the right to the protection of personal data, without any further specific consent and even after the withdrawal of the consent of the data subject.
7Data controller and data processor
The data controller and data processor is Koreai Ginseng Kft., registered office: 5100 Jászberény, Fáy András utca 30.1., Tax number: 68474311-2-36, hereinafter referred to as the "Controller". The personal data to be processed may be known to the respective legal representative(s), employees/agents/contractors of the Data Controller.
The Data Controller shall not transfer personal data to third parties, except with the express consent of the data subject.
8. The Data Controller shall process the personal data provided by the User during registration until the termination of the use of the Webshop, in particular until the deletion of the registration.
Unless otherwise provided by law, the Data Controller may process the personal data collected a) for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation to which it is subject, or b) for the purpose of pursuing a legitimate interest of the Data Controller or a third party, if the pursuit of such interest is proportionate to the restriction of the right to the protection of personal data, without further specific consent, and also after the withdrawal of the consent of the data subject. / Act CXII of 2011 6. § ( 5) /
The Controller shall retain and process the personal data provided by the User for the purpose of fulfilling the accounting obligations pursuant to Act C of 2000, 169.§ for a period of 8 years or within the limitation period set out in Act XCII of 2003 on the Rules of Taxation.

The Data Controller shall ensure adequate security of the data to the extent that it can be expected to do so, and shall take technical and organisational measures to ensure the enforcement of data protection rules and principles and to facilitate the security of personal data.
Users are informed that the Data Controller shall only transfer personal data to third parties with the consent of the data subject.
By using the services provided by the Website and by providing the personal data required for the use of these services, as set out above, the User expressly consents to the transfer of his/her personal data by the Company to the delivery company ( GLS ).

10. Cookies
Our Website may use cookies to provide the User with a personalised service and for convenience functions. "When using cookies, the time of the visit, the User's browser data, IP address and the operating system and language settings used are logged when the User visits the Website. These data are not linked by the Data Controller to other personal data and are used solely for statistical purposes.
11. Users' rights, enforcement and remedies in relation to the processing of personal data
The User may request information from the Data Controller about the processing of his/her personal data, and may also request the rectification of his/her personal data, as well as the erasure or blocking of his/her personal data.
The User may at any time request information in writing, at the contact details provided by the Data Controller in this Privacy Statement, about the personal data concerning him/her processed by the Data Controller, and may also request their modification at any time. The Data Controller shall provide the requested information within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the request.
If the User requests it in writing, the Data Controller shall provide the User with information about the data processed by the Data Controller and, if any, by a processor appointed by the Data Controller or on its behalf.
In addition, the Controller shall, upon such request, provide information in writing on the source of the personal data processed by it, the purpose, legal basis and duration of the processing, the name and address of the data processor and its activities in relation to the processing, the circumstances of the personal data breach, its effects and the measures taken to remedy it, and, in the case of transfer of the personal data of the data subject, the legal basis and the recipient of the transfer.

The User is entitled to request the correction or deletion of incorrect, altered or erroneously recorded data at any time. The Data Controller shall delete or modify the data provided by the User within a reasonable period of time after receipt of the request, but no later than 30 days from the receipt of the request.
Please be informed that the erasure does not apply to data processing required by law (e.g. accounting regulations), which the Data Controller is obliged to keep for the period required by law.

12Compliance with the law
In preparing this Data Protection Statement and in processing the personal data of Users, the Data Controller shall act in full compliance with the Hungarian legislation in force at any given time and in compliance with the relevant EU standards.
