1. Red or Red GOLD or Black Ginseng extract, I can't decide...

In short, in all three cases we are using the roots of a Korean ginseng herb that has been cultivated in the ground in South Korea for 6 years without the use of chemicals. The production method allows the ginseng composition to be modified and optimized. To get red ginseng, the plant needs to be steamed once, to get black ginseng, it needs to be steamed 9 times. This rearranges the proportions of the ginsenoside active ingredients in the black ginseng extract, making it much more effective.

2. If Red Ginseng GOLD has the most active ingredients, why do I read in most reviews that Black Ginseng is the best?
Korean Black Ginseng is a much newer invention and is still very hard to find in Europe. According to a recent research from a Korean university, they have developed a unique production method that rearranges the ratio of ginsenoside Rg3, Rg5, Rk1 active ingredients in ginseng. Compared to an average Red Ginseng (not the ones we have), there are nearly 2x more Rg3 ginsenoside active ingredients in Black Ginseng extract, which is responsible for solving many problems. This explains why Black Ginseng extract is the best choice for a very high percentage of these problems.
3. How many days' supply?
How many grams are enough for as many days? Since the recommended daily intake is 1 teaspoonful per day - which is equivalent to 1 gram - 50 grams of extract will last for 50 days, 100 grams for 100 days. A metal/wooden small spoon is provided as a gift to measure out the daily dose. Some people feel the beneficial effects of ginseng after 1-2 weeks, but a minimum of 30 days is recommended according to clinical studies. In the case of specific complaints (blood pressure, potency, cholesterol problems), it can take up to 2-3 months before ginseng extract helps. This time period may vary from person to person and is influenced by many factors: lifestyle, age, other illnesses, fluid intake, living conditions, etc.
