There are different opinions on detoxification: some say it is beneficial and some say it is important to do it at least occasionally, in a course, to stay healthy. Others do not believe in its effectiveness and even consider it more harmful than good. The truth is somewhere in the middle. What exactly we mean by detoxification, how it is done and by what methods, is not always the same. It depends on whether or not it will actually have a beneficial effect on your body.
What is detoxification and what does it do?
By detoxification we usually mean getting rid of toxins that have accumulated in our body. In fact, it doesn't mean cleansing the whole body; it's mainly the digestive system that we can cleanse, which is why it's also known as a bowel cleanse.
But what kind of toxins do we need to get rid of?
It's pretty much a well-known fact that, unfortunately, we put a lot of substances into our bodies through our diet that are not good for us. Detoxifiers aim to eliminate these. However, it is debatable whether these diets really work, or whether we just want to believe that we have done something good for our body.
Drastic detox diets can do more harm
Let's be clear: detoxification exists and is indeed beneficial, but it's not necessarily healthy to do it in a cure-all way, by starving yourself and using all sorts of diuretics and hair products. The fact is that after such a cure, most people feel fitter, lighter, better, maybe even happy, because they have lost a few kilos through fluid loss.
So it definitely seems to have been worth it, but the apparent results may not mean that you've really got out what you needed to. At the same time, our bodies must have taken a beating from the diarrhoea and fluid loss, which we may also feel in the form of dizziness, headaches, weakness, concentration problems, fatigue, and perhaps a constant feeling of hunger - not sounding so good, is it?
Constant digestive maintenance is the way to go or detoxing at home
Rather than raping your body, it's better to keep your digestion working properly. But the problems start when most people are not at all aware of what it means to digest properly.
Do you think that if you have a bowel movement every day, everything is fine? Well, we're sorry to say you're wrong. You would have an ideal digestive system if you had to go to the toilet after every meal. That's one time a day is pretty low by comparison, isn't it?
Think of the problems you could get rid of if you really had an ideal metabolism:
- you wouldn't bloat because your bowels would be in almost constant motion, emptying out the excess
- youwouldn't feel full hours after eating, because what you need to get out would come out immediately
- you would not lose weight easily, because the fast metabolism would not leave you with excess weight
- you would be fitter and more energetic, because you would not be overwhelmed by the storage of excess substances
- you would literally feel lighter, which would have a positive effect on your well-being.
Doesn't sound bad, does it? In comparison, most of us do our business in the toilet once a day, and carry around the rest of the day what's accumulated. Is it any wonder that stomach aches, bloating, wind cramps and discomfort are a common problem? The situation is even worse when there is also chronic constipation and you can't defecate for days.
The good solution: keep cleansing!
You won't get the above results with a cure-all, self-indulgent detox, but you will with a thoughtful, gentle bowel cleanse. By not doing it in bursts, but by constantly encouraging your bowels to work harder, you can keep your digestive system functioning at an ideal level, so you don't have to "store" excess material and you can eliminate what you don't need more quickly.
Koreans have already invented and are using a formulation that makes this possible. This is the Korean bowel cleanser Jang Dabium, which stimulates the bowel function using only natural substances, thus enabling you to produce stools several times a day and is a useful tool in a perfect detoxification cure. It is very important to eat foods that are easy to digest. It is also essential to drink water during the cure.

What it contains:
- Plantainseedhusks: a stimulant for healthy bowel function and a cholesterol reducer
- Koreanred ginseng: immune system supporter
- Seaweed: promotes proper bowel movements
- Aloe: digestive stimulant and detoxification expert
- Hyaluronic acid: a supporter of the natural healing process of the gastrointestinal system
- Lactobacillus mix: aids in the breakdown of food and absorption of nutrients
- Prunes: a constipation reliever
- White wormwood: digestive aid
- Catechin from green tea extract: a body fat reducer and great antioxidant

With this bowel cleanser, you don't need to go on any restrictive regimen: you can use it continuously. Take it every morning, with about half a litre of lukewarm or cold water - you're guaranteed to notice the effects in no time! You will go to the toilet more often, but this is not diarrhoea. The frequency of bowel movements will reach an ideal level, their consistency will improve and their volume will increase, so you can keep on eliminating harmful substances from your body without them accumulating.
You'll feel light, fresh and clean, and those digestive complaints you may not have noticed before will disappear - but their absence will definitely be noticeable!
Try life with an ideally functioning digestive system!
