Suggested use:
- Recommended daily consumption of 1 scoop (1 gram - small scoop is provided as a gift) of ginseng extract in cold or lukewarm water, tea or on its own.
- Take daily, continuously to achieve the desired effect (not just occasionally).
- Can be consumed in lukewarm tea (flavoured with honey if you prefer) or in
juice or even on its own - If you find the taste of ginseng extract too bitter, you may want to take a spoonful of honey afterwards
- It is important to drink enough pure water (
is the normal amount per day, it is not necessary to increase it to consume ginseng) - It is recommended to take it in the morning or early afternoon at the latest, not in the evening (unless there is a night schedule)
- Can be taken before, during or after a meal, this does not affect the effect of the product
- You can experience the benefits of freshness in just a few days. However, at least one month of use is recommended for further effects.
- For continuous use, a break of 1-2 weeks every few months is recommended.
- The product is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding mothers.
