✔ Black ginseng : Made using the "Goo Jeung Goo Po" process, which in Korean means that the ginseng root is steamed and dried nine times. During the process, the red colour of ginseng gradually turns black, thus creating black ginseng extract. During the steaming and drying process, the ginsenoside content (the content of active ingredients) gradually increases as the ginseng turns black.

✔ Higher absorption rate : The "Goo Jeung Goo Poo" process is also known as "natural fermentation", which results in a higher absorption rate.

✔ GeumSan Ginseng : A government affiliated organization has proven that ginseng plants grown in the GEUMSAN range have the highest saponin content (aids in ginsenoside absorption). Due to the optimal climate and soil of GeumSan, ginseng grown in GeumSan is one of the best quality!

Suggested use:

• Take daily, continuously to achieve the desired effect (i.e. not just occasionally).
• It can be consumed in lukewarm tea (you can also add honey to taste) or juice, or even on its own. If you find it very bitter on its own, it is recommended to take a spoonful of honey afterwards and then drink water to neutralise the bitter taste.
• It is very important to drink the right amount of pure water (normal daily amount, no need to increase it because of ginseng consumption)
• Suggested daily dose: 1 scoop, 1 gram per day , as shown in the photo below, but of course you can also take a similar smaller scoop.
• It is recommended to take it in the morning or mid-morning, not in the evening (unless there is a night out).
• It can be taken before, during or after a meal, this does not affect the effect of the product.
• You can experience its beneficial effects on freshness in just a few days. However, at least one month of use is recommended to achieve further effects.
• For continuous use, a break of 1-2 weeks every few months is recommended.
• The product is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding mothers.
