Suggested use:

• Recommended for adults 1 stick (10ml) daily.
• Shake before use and open slowly and gently at the perforation.
• After opening the stick, the product should be consumed immediately.
• Take daily, continuously to achieve the desired effect (i.e. not just occasionally).
• It is very important to consume an adequate amount of pure water (normal daily amount, no need to increase it due to ginseng consumption).
• It is recommended to take it in the morning or mid-morning, not in the evening (unless there is a night schedule).
• It can be taken before, during or after a meal, it does not affect the effect of the product.
• You can experience its beneficial effects on freshness in just a few days. However, at least one month of use is recommended to achieve further effects.
• For continuous use, a break of 1-2 weeks every few months is recommended.
• The product is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding mothers.
