What do you hate most about supplements?

Over the past 5 years we've heard a lot of stories from you about what you hate most about supplements in general.

Then far fewer people would be scrambling for drugs and other solutions when the crunch hits. Then people would suffer far less from illness and be able to enjoy life far more, and so on...

But now let's see what you hate most about the dietary supplement market!

We've heard countless stories about poor quality, poorly active, ineffective products. Of course, no product or medicine can be guaranteed to work, and the effects can vary from person to person. Because of the disappointments, many people come to us with strange questions. My personal favourite of these came from an elderly man on the phone: "And tell me, do you dispense ginseng extracts in your cellar?" 😯😯😯 Wow, I don't know where and what this gentleman must have seen and experienced to ask that, but I of course reassured him that there was no such thing.
